Meg Touborg is the founder of Metworks Inc., a co-founder of the Leaders of Design Council, and a leading design executive and entrepreneur. Throughout her career, she has bridged the worlds of creativity and commerce in both fashion and design. She has made exceptional contributions to her organizations in strategic planning, marketing, merchandising and team leadership. Previously, she was a Managing Partner in Design Investors, a private equity firm. Meg served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Rose Tarlow Melrose House and was on the Boards of Directors of Waterworks, Twill Textiles, Kooba Holdings and the La Cienega Design Quarter. Meg devoted her earlier career years to growing premium brands such as Waterworks, kate spade, Coach, Laura Ashley and Saks Fifth Avenue. Meg earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Harvard College magna cum laude in History and Literature, and has completed executive courses at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. She and her family reside in Los Angeles.
